The Senate Minute for July 26: SB 588

JEFFERSON CITY — Certain parts of a person’s criminal record can soon be taken away. Senate Bill 588 makes changes relating to petitions for the expungement of criminal records. The new law will take effect on Jan. 1, 2018. We’ve included actualities from bill sponsor, Sen. Bob Dixon, R-Springfield, and Sen.
