SCS/SJR 18 - This constitutional amendment, if approved by voters, would require the state lottery commission to develop and begin selling a veterans lottery ticket by July 1, 2013. The net proceeds received from the sale of such tickets, after payment of prizes and administrative expenses, will be deposited in the veterans' commission capital improvements trust fund.
