SCS/SB 165 - This act extends the expiration date on the Basic Civil Legal Services Fund from December 31, 2012, to December 31, 2018. It also provides that in the event the Basic Civil Legal Services Fund is allowed to expire the court filing surcharges that go to the fund will be paid to the Missouri Supreme Court to be used to provide for legal representation for eligible low-income individuals in civil matters.
