SB 380 - This act requires the state treasurer to transfer the balance in any fund in excess of 200% of the previous fiscal year's expenditures into the state general revenue fund. The provisions of this act apply to any state fund or administratively created fund, with certain exceptions described in the act. JIM ERTLE
