SB 316 - This act establishes a four day work week for state merit system employees. Full-time employment shall be fixed at 40 hours, Monday through Thursday, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. The division of personnel in cooperation with the departments shall establish alternative working hours for essential personnel. The four day work week shall be implemented by January 1, 2012. CHRIS HOGERTY
