SB 292 - Presidential and vice presidential candidates are required to provide evidence of being nationals and citizens of the United States at birth to the Secretary of State in order to be certified as candidates. Long form birth certificates that record the name or address of the birthing facility along with the signature of certain legally authorized persons in attendance will be required as proof if one exists. Those that don't, will not be accepted. The Secretary of State shall post the proof of birth on the internet. CHRIS HOGERTY
