SB 234 - This act authorizes an income tax dependency exemption for the taxable year in which a stillborn child was born, if the child would otherwise have been a member of the taxpayer's household. This act is similar to Senate Bill 620 (2007) and House Bill 816 (2007). JASON ZAMKUS
