SB 142 - This act removes all statewide elected officials from the Missouri Development Finance Board and the Missouri Housing Development Commission. Board and commission members are barred from being employed by or having a business relationship with the respective board or commission for two years after serving. Members of the General Assembly and statewide elected officials are barred from being employed by or having a business relationship with the respective board or commission for five years after serving.
