SB 112 - This act provides immunity from any civil or criminal liability to any person who reports a case of suspected child abuse, neglect or assault to the proper authorities of a medical institution, school facility, or public or private agency. Such immunity shall be from any action taken by any of the above listed entities as a result of notification of suspected abuse. This act is identical to HB 532 (2009). ADRIANE CROUSE
