SB 32 - This act prohibits any workforce development agency from knowingly omitting from any bidding process an entity with whom it has a contract. An agency must repay an omitted entity 25% of the total cost of the project as recovery for the lost opportunity to bid. This act is identical to House Bill 1753 (2010). JASON ZAMKUS
