SCS/SB 772 - Currently, the minimum time for holding investments in the Missouri Higher Education Savings Program is 12 months. The act removes that requirement. The sunset provision governing the Missouri Higher Education Deposit Program, which is a nonexclusive alternative to the Missouri Higher Education Savings Program and administered by the Missouri Higher Education Savings Program Board, is also removed.
