SB 1045 - Under this act, a person under the age of twenty-five in St. Louis commits the crime of unlawful use of weapons if he or she knowingly occupies a vehicle with a firearm. This act shall not apply to certain persons such as peace officers, probation and parole officers, members of the judiciary, and others. SUSAN HENDERSON MOORE
