SB 1019 - Under current law, the Missouri Agricultural and Small Business Development Authority is authorized to make agricultural business development loans and loan guarantees for the purpose of acquiring or improving agricultural property. This act expands the allowable purposes to include marketing, expanding, acquiring, constructing, or improving an eligible agribusiness. ERIKA JAQUES
