SB 997 – This act provides that an applicant for a substitute Missouri certificate of license to teach will not be precluded from receiving a certificate solely because he or she completed the required number of semester hours of credit at a post-secondary institution for religious or theological studies. The applicant must satisfy all other requirements for the certificate. MICHAEL RUFF
