SB 990 - Current law contains a six-year sunset provision to the law requiring every child enrolling in kindergarten or first grade in a public elementary school to receive one comprehensive vision examination. This act reauthorizes the program pursuant to the sunset act and provides for the sunset of the program on June 30, 2020. ADRIANE CROUSE
