SB 989 - Under current law, third class counties with township forms of government having a population of less than six thousand inhabitants may impose a one dollar per acre tax to fund road rock purchases. This act allows third class counties with township forms of government having a population of less than ten thousand inhabitants to impose such a tax. JASON ZAMKUS
