SB 913 - This act prohibits the governing body of a municipality from requiring any of its employees to reside within the municipality if the only public school district available is, or has been, unaccredited or provisionally accredited in the last five years of the employee's employment. No employee of a municipality, who has not resided in the municipality's boundaries or who has changed residency because of the above conditions, shall be required to reside within the boundaries of the municipality if the school district later becomes fully accredited.
