SB 905 - This act requires the Department of Revenue, in consultation with the streamlined sales tax governing board, local taxing entities, and political subdivisions to promulgate rules and take all actions necessary to implement the provisions of the streamlined sales and use tax agreement no later than January 1, 2012. The state and all political subdivisions will adopt and implement the streamlined sales and use tax agreement effective January 1, 2012. JASON ZAMKUS
