SB 875 - Employers may pay employees under the age of 20, 75% of the state minimum wage rate as long as that wage is not lower than the federal minimum wage. Employers shall not displace employees in order to hire such individuals. The act shall sunset on August 28, 2013. This act is similar to HB 1792 (2010). CHRIS HOGERTY
