SB 620 - This act adds a circuit court judge to the forty-fifth judicial circuit, which consists of Lincoln and Pike counties, effective January 1, 2011. The two judges will sit in divisions numbered one and two. The judge who sits in the circuit on December 31, 2010 will sit in division one. The judge for division two will be elected in 2010. This act has an emergency clause. This act is similar to SB 39 (2009). EMILY KALMER
