SCS/HCS/HB 1400 - This act shall be known as the "Business Premises Safety Act." A business owner or operator shall not restrict any person frm lawfully possessing a firearm in a motor vehicle in possession of such person except a motor vehicle owned or leased by such business. Any individual may bring a civil cause of action to enforce this provision.
