SR 207 – The St. Louis Public School District is currently attempting to sell school buildings that are no longer being used and has placed a restriction in the deeds of those buildings prohibiting their use for K-12 instruction for one hundred years. This resolution urges the members of the Special Administrative Board of the Transitional School District of the City of St. Louis, the members of the St. Louis school board, and the officers of the St. Louis school district to remove that restriction from the deeds, and requests their response regarding compliance with the resolution.
