SB 158 - This act provides that the Department of Agriculture has jurisdiction over the interstate and intrastate movement of animals as it relates to the health and management of privately-owned captive deer. Deer owners shall be responsible for costs incurred by the department for any inspections conducted under the act. ERIKA JAQUES
