SB 95 - Currently, registered voters are allowed to vote absentee if they will be prevented from voting at the polls on election day due to certain circumstances. This act allows all registered voters to vote absentee without regard to intervening circumstances. This act is similar to HB 115 (2009), HB 462 (2009), and HB 466 (2009). CHRIS HOGERTY
