SB 456 - It shall be lawful for Caldwell County to enter into a contract with private corporations engaged in delivering water at wholesale for domestic consumption. The county may also acquire, own, and hold, with private corporations, water mains. This act is similar to a provision of SS/SCS/HB 376 (2009) & HCS/SB 386 (2009). SUSAN HENDERSON MOORE
