SB 555 - This act requires price-capped incumbent local exchange carriers (ILECs) that have been deemed competitive by the Public Service Commission to reduce their terminating intrastate exchange access rates to the same amount as their terminating interstate exchange access rates by certain increments over a 2-year period.
