SJR 15 - Upon voter approval, this constitutional amendment provides that the General Assembly shall not be required to enact legislation to comply with a court order that it raise taxes. This act is identical to the Senate Committee Substitute for House Joint Resolution 41 (2008). JASON ZAMKUS
