SB 504 – Beginning in the fall term of academic year 2010-2011, this act prohibits a student from taking the same undergraduate course more than twice unless the student pays tuition at one hundred percent of the full cost of instruction, based on the institution's cost of courses. Exceptions exist for hardship and extenuating circumstances, as described in the act. This act is identical to HB 2280 (2008). MICHAEL RUFF
