SB 908 - Under current law, the Secretary of State is required to prepare and publish 40,000 copies of the Missouri manual, commonly known as the "Blue Book". This act removes this requirement and instead requires the Secretary of State to electronically publish the manual on the Secretary of State's official website. CHRIS HOGERTY
