SB 806 - This act provides that the U.S. and Missouri state flags shall be flown at half-staff whenever a Missouri resident is killed in combat during military service. The Adjutant General shall notify the Governor of the death of any such resident, and the Governor shall notify the Office of Administration. This act is similar to HB 557 (2007). ALEXA PEARSON
