SB 1096 - Under this act state employees who are spouses may donate overtime, compensatory leave and annual leave when the receiving spouse has exhausted his or her own annual leave and compensatory leave. Maximum benefits that may be authorized for a single instance shall not exceed thirty days. CHRIS HOGERTY
