SB 886 - This act allows any city, town, or village to adopt ordinances, orders, or regulations to control dangerous dogs, provided that no such ordinances, orders, or regulations are specific to breed. Ordinances, orders, or regulations addressing specific breeds of dogs adopted prior to August 28, 2008, shall be deemed invalid. SUSAN HENDERSON MOORE
