SB 1030 - This act repeals Section 205.920 that allows the Department of Labor to deputize the county superintendent of public welfare for the purposes of industrial inspection. Chapters 291 and 292 are also repealed in their entirety. These chapters deal with occupational health and safety and mining regulations. CHRIS HOGERTY
