SB 1238 - This act expands the crime of resisting arrest, stop, or detention to include resisting an arrest for a warrant issued by a court or probation and parole officer. The crime of resisting arrest shall be Class D felony for an arrest for a warrant issued for failure to appear on a felony case or a warrant issued for a probation violation on a felony case. This act is similar to SB 1243 (2008), HB 1481 (2008), HB 1502 (2008), & HB 1571 (2008). SUSAN HENDERSON MOORE
