HCS/SB 723 - This act modifies the educational requirements for Highway Patrol members and radio personnel. It also requires the POST Commission to establish these same educational requirements as part of the minimum standards for the basic training of peace officers. The Revisor of Statutes shall change all references in statute from "criminal records and identification division" or "criminal records division" to "central repository".
