SB 920 - This act requires all television stations located in the state with gross revenues in excess of three million dollars a year to provide real-time captioning of all local news, weather, and sports programming by January 1, 2009. Such stations may limit their expenditures for the captioning to two percent of their annual gross revenues. ADRIANE CROUSE
