SB 910 - This act requires every health spa registered with the office of the Attorney General to have at least one automated external defibrillator on the premises. The act requires the defibrillator to at all times be deployed in a manner consistent with the requirements prescribed under current law and to have at least one employee per shift trained on the use of the defibrillator. This act provides an exception for those health spas where there are no employees staffing the spas. This act is similar to SB 57 (2007). ADRIANE CROUSE
