SJR 30 - Upon voter approval, the constitutional amendment creates an exception to the prohibition against laws retrospective in operation by allowing the sexual offender registry laws to be applied retrospectively. This act is identical to SCS/SJRs 9 & 17 (2007). SUSAN HENDERSON MOORE
