SCS/SB 946 - This act creates the tobacco use prevention, and cessation fund. Beginning fiscal year 2009, payments received from the strategic contribution fund will be deposited into the newly created fund to be used to fund tobacco prevention and cessation programs. JASON ZAMKUS
