SB 1267 - This act bars the use of direct-recording electronic voting systems except in polling places that do not have alternative systems that comply with a provision of the Help America Vote Act ensuring independence and privacy for individuals with disabilities. In those polling places, one direct-recording electronic voting machine shall be available and accessible to persons with disabilities upon request. CHRIS HOGERTY
