SB 1179 - Current law requires the Missouri Veterans' Commission to apply to the federal government for grants to construct and maintain veterans' cemeteries, and requires the commission to establish such cemeteries, subject to federal grant approval and state appropriations. This act authorizes the commission to promulgate any rules and regulations necessary to administer the provisions of the act. ALEXA PEARSON
