SB 200 - Under this act, no more than fifty percent of any flood plain in any county shall be used for residential, industrial, or commercial use. The term “flood plain” is defined as in Section 135.478, RSMo. Upon the effective date of this section, if a flood plain has more that fifty percent of its area used for residential, commercial, or industrial use, such percentage may be maintained but shall not increase.
