SB 133 - This act requires the Commissioner of Administration to include in the state's Cafeteria Plan products from venders if: 1)the product is eligible under the Internal Revenue Code; 2) the vendor is approved by the Office of Administration; and 3) the vendor is receiving at least $500,000 annually from State employees through voluntary payroll deductions. This act is similar to SB 132 (2003) & SB 1378 (2004). ANDY LYSKOWSKI
