SB 546 - This act allows for a refund of the amount of sales tax paid for the purchase of a motor vehicle which is assembled and sold in Missouri on or after January 1, 2006. An individual that has paid sales tax on the purchase of a motor vehicle may receive a refund of the amount of tax paid upon application to the Department of Revenue. The refund amount shall be deducted from the general revenue fund. JASON ZAMKUS
