SCS/HCS/HB 47 - This act requires trustees of consolidated public library districts to reside in the library district, as well as in the county they represent on the district board. The act provides that the trustees in office as of August 28, 2005, who reside outside the district shall be deemed to have vacated their trusteeships and successors will be appointed.
