HB 1575 - This act reenacts two sections of law regarding
the sale of motor fuel below cost. In 1995, House Bill 414
amended these sections; however, the act was found to be in
violation of the single subject requirement of Article III,
Section 23, of the Missouri Constitution. Since that time, the
sections have appeared in statute but have not been enforceable.
This act will republish these sections allowing them to be
enforced.
