HB 1572 - This act requires the Office of Administration to
apply certification procedures for minority business enterprises
and women's business enterprises from other states that are as
restrictive as the procedures used in the enterprise's home
state. If the other state's procedures include restrictive
requirements such as residency, Missouri's certification
procedures must be reciprocal with the requirements of the other
state.
