HCS/HB 1171 - This act pertains to joint municipal utility projects.
In 2002, voters approved a constitutional amendment allowing joint municipal utility commissions to develop utility projects with municipalities, electric cooperatives, or public utilities without additional regulation from the Missouri Public Service Commission. This act updates the Missouri Revised Statutes to reflect these changes.
This act is similar to SB 1177.
