HJR 43 - This proposed constitutional amendment, if approved by the voters, would provide that school bond issues may be approved by simple majority (rather than by four-sevenths or two- thirds majority, as at present) at any general municipal election or any state general election day.

This act is similar to SCS/SJRs 45 & 41.
