SCS/HB 1604 - This act combines SB 985, SB 1018, SB 1059, SB 1036 and HB 1604. Below is a brief description of each bill.

SB 985 - Authorizes the conveyance of a small part of the property of the Mexico Veterans home.

SB 1018 - Authorizes Southwest Missouri State University to convey certain property.

SB 1036 - Authorizes governor and MO Western State College to transfer land to St. Joseph and the Department of Transportation.

SB 1059 - Authorizes conveyance of a small portion of Nevada State Hospital to Nevada R IV School District.

HB 1604 - Authorizes governor to convey property in St. Francois County to the Highways and Transportation Commission.
